We are excited to announce that after detailed analysis and discussions with key stakeholders regarding the impact COVID-19 will have on our 2020 Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors determined that the most responsible decision for the Society is to host the Meeting as a Virtual Event. The virtual event will be held over the original dates with the main content to be presented on September 14–17, 2020. The online agenda will be updated as soon as possible to reflect any changes in the scientific or poster schedule.
In sending this call for abstracts we hope to continue our goal of sharing novel, current, and interesting research with our colleagues attending the Virtual Annual Meeting. Although the format will change, we are committed to reviewing the abstract submissions and sharing them with our community in our virtual platform. There will be opportunities to share your Poster PDF, chat with attendees/poster presenters, and even the ability to share your presentation in video format! Submit an Abstract! We invite you and your colleagues to submit an abstract for presentation as a scientific poster. The deadline for submitting an abstract is July 10, 2020.
Please Note: There is a nonrefundable fee of $40.00 associated with submitting each abstract.
