Title: Clinical Drug Abuse Liability Testing

Presenter: Lorraine Rusch, PhD, Vice President, Vince and Associates Clinical Research


Abstract: Drug abuse liability is a consideration in drug development that affects all drugs with central nervous system exposure. A non-clinical perspective will be presented by Dr. Gauvin using Tramadol as an example. The clinical counterpart will be presented by Dr. Rusch allowing a presentation of the full spectrum of abuse liability assessments in drug development.
