SPS Webinar on Beat-to-Beat ECG Restitution for Assessment--May 7, 11 AM EDT

Dear Colleagues,

The Safety Pharmacology Society is pleased to invite you to a webinar entitled "Use of Beat-To-Beat ECG Restitution for Assessment of Cardiac Stress and Arrhythmia Vulnerability" on May 7, at 11:00 am EDT.

Title: Use of Beat-To-Beat ECG Restitution for Assessment of Cardiac Stress and Arrhythmia Vulnerability

Presenter: Anthony Fossa, PhD, Fossa Consulting, LLC

Abstract: Restitution is the ability of the heart to recover from one beat to the next. With the advent of accurate, automated computer algorithms to measure the beat-to-beat QT and preceding TQ intervals at any heart rate or autonomic state, ECG restitution can now be performed to quantify cardiac stress and arrhythmia vulnerability in cases where QT prolongation occurs. The scientific background, regulatory use (both clinical and preclinical) and translation of these measures will be presented and discussed in relationship to clinical outcomes.

Simon Authier, DVM, MBA, PhD, DSP, Director Safety Pharmacology, CiToxLAB

We look forward to your participation.
